A postdoc position is available in the group of Molecular Structural
Biology at Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm
(http://phillips.mbb.ki.se), to work on the structure and function of
multi-protein complexes involved in protein processing in the human
ER. The project will involve a wide range of techniques including
protein expression and purification, analysis of protein-protein
interactions (ITC, Biacore) and structure determination (X-ray
crystallography, SAXS). Applicants should have a strong background in
biochemistry and molecular biology and an interest in structural
biology. Experience of cloning and protein expression/purification is
required, and experience of protein expression in eukaryotic systems
would be an advantage. The position is for a period of two years and
is available immediately, but starting time is negotiable.

Interested candidates should send a cover letter including a full CV
and the names and contact details of 2-3 referees, either by e-mail to
Jodie.Guy@ki.se or by post to: Dr Jodie Guy, Division of Molecular
Structural Biology, Department of Medical Biochemistry and Biophysics,
Karolinska Institutet, Tomtebodavägen 6 4tr, Stockholm, S-171 77,
Sweden.
