We want to remove some carbohydrate by enzymatic digestion for the convenience of crystallization. However, this protein tends to aggregate at 37 degree. I am not sure whether EndoH and PNGase can work at 4 degree. Can anyone give some suggestion? Thanks a lot, Jerry McCully _________________________________________________________________ Hotmail® has ever-growing storage!
