Dear All:

Recent we expressed one protein using mammalian cells but this protein was highly glycosylated (30% of the total molecular weight).

We want to remove some carbohydrate by enzymatic digestion for the convenience of crystallization. However, this protein tends to aggregate at 37 degree.

I am not sure whether EndoH and PNGase can work at 4 degree.

Can anyone give some suggestion?

Thanks a lot,

Jerry McCully
