Seeking international collaboration. Project: Structural determination and functional study of a peptide-a potential medicine for clinical therapeutic treatment of Erectile dysfunction.

About the details of the peptide, please see ‘Toxin Tx2-6 from the spider "Phoneutria nigriventer" improves the impaired erectile function in DOCA-Salt hypertensive rats’(The FASEB Journal. 2007;21:750.32). The combination treatment of the peptide with Sildenafil to those patients who are insensitive to Sildenafil single can considerably prove their condition.

We constructed several of its expression clones in Bacterial and yeast , and we have done some experiments in animals with the products , generally the results are satisfying.
