Phaser 1.3.3 is current for CCP4 6.0.2. I had a similar problem when I had a stand-alone install of Phaser and later upgraded to a CCP4 package that contained its own version of Phaser. I think you have to eliminate the path conflict with your different versions of Phaser. Cheers, ___________________________________________ Roger S. I can read the mtz files with virtually every other CCP4 subroutine. Any ideas/suggestions? The error I get in the log file is " ************************************************************************ **** ********* *** Phaser Module: READ MR DATA FROM MTZ FILE 1.3.1 *** ************************************************************************ **** ********* ---------------------------------------------------- FATAL RUNTIME ERROR: Cannot open MTZ file: "/home/elias/mergedata/p4/ccp4/sort_p4.mtz" ---------------------------------------------------- -------------------- EXIT STATUS: FAILURE CCP4bb navigationCCP4bb <-- 1999 <-- November 1999 <-- 30 November 1999 |
