There are many papers that cover this (http://www.nature.com/nbt/journal/v18/n10/abs/nbt1000_1105.html , for example). If you have had experience in this field, please email me privately as I would first like to see how feasible it is to perform these experiments (especially on an academic budget). Thanks!
