From: Vellieux Frederic Frederic {- dot -} Vellieux {- at -} IBS {- dot -} FR Date: 2009-11-01 I can suggest 2 things: look for the work by Janet Thornton et alteri, they have analysed loops (and classified them) in protein structures so that they might have loop modelling tools; also Gert Vriend's program WHATIF might have something along those lines... I think the program still exists (it is gigantic) and has been ported to recent Unices. Fred.
