There are packages available but I did not find one specifically for SUSE 9.3. FFTW is provided as open source and is available as part of the CCP4 libraries. You can get the latest version of FFTW from http://www.fftw.org/. I have SUSE 8.2 myself and installed FFTW-3.1.2 with no problems. I cannot say if it is compatible with eden. On the bright side it is very easy to write your own FT program in C or FORTRAN. Adam On Wed, 13 Jun 2007, Juergen J.
