However, I've had a go at adding this functionality for you, there are updated files available here: ftp://ftp.ccp4.ac.uk/pjx/ccp4i/mapslicer-br.tar.gz There are two sets of files - a set of Tcl files in the "mapslicer" directory (which should overwrite the versions that you have in your $CCP4/ccp4i/mapslicer/ directory) and a new "mapslicer.def.dist" in the "etc" subdirectory (which should overwrite the version in your $CCP4/ccp4i/etc directory). The changes allow you to set the width of the grid lines (go to the "Section-> Section..." window to set this) and the width of the contour lines (go to the "Section-> Contours..." window). Hope that this helps, best wishes Peter Bernhard Rupp wrote: > Dear All, > > I wonder if it is possible to change the line width etc > settings in mapslicer (from doc, this seems not possible > easily). > > I am trying to (quickly) make print-quality Patterson sections. > Suggestions welcome. > > Thx! br > > ----------------------------------------------------------------- > Bernhard Rupp > http://www.ruppweb.org/ > ----------------------------------------------------------------- > -- ___________________________________________________ Peter J Briggs, pjx@dl.ac.uk Tel: +44 1925 603826 CCP4, ccp4@dl.ac.uk Fax: +44 1925 603825 http://www.ccp4.ac.uk/ Daresbury Laboratory, Daresbury, Warrington WA4 4AD CCP4bb navigationCCP4bb <-- 1999 <-- November 1999 <-- 30 November 1999 |
