company located in the Barcelona Science Park. We base our activities on
an integrated technology platform that covers the entire process from
target cloning to hit optimization. Core areas of expertise are:
Molecular and Cellular Biology, Biochemistry, X-ray Crystallography,
NMR, Fragment Screening, and Hit Optimization by Biophysical Analysis
and Computational Chemistry (B2D2).

Candidates should have:

- A strong background in molecular biology, recombinant protein
expression (E.coli, insect cells, …), and in protein purification by
FPLC chromatography.
- Thorough knowledge of methods for protein characterization, biological
and possibly cellular assays.
- Extensive experience in the crystallization of proteins and their
ligand complexes, including crystallization robotics.
