Secondly, I wanted to let the community know that the problem has been successfully resolved by Rigaku/MSC, sincere thanks to Vasili Carperos and Hans Mueller. Please make sure upon purchasing a new micromax007HF that you receive a shutter board that has 18V instead of 15V on the safety device part of the board. Once again RigakuMSC has come through for us and we are very grateful and happy to be up and running in full swing. We have been extremely happy with the ability of the setup and the fact that things can be done at home that were not doable on the RUH instrument.
