hi all,
I'm refining a structure in which cysteine is bound to the active site as a
ligand. I can see a good electron density for the ligand but it is showing
only one oxygen in carboxy terminus. could any one tell me how to add
another oxygen there. For refence i'm attaching a snapshot here.
