What maintains the active state of the protein during crystallization under different condition which is altogether different condition from what that protein might be in vivo? 2. what is the probability of a nonfunctinal state of a protein getting crystallize? 3. Is crystal structure the actual structure of the macromolecule or is it rather near-actual structure? i apologize if just in case this question is not upto level of discussion. thanks -- Sudhir Kumar Research Scholar Structural Biology Laboratory SLS, JNU, New Delhi-110067 CCP4bb navigationCCP4bb <-- 1999 <-- November 1999 <-- 30 November 1999 |
