I am running a superose 6 PG XK 16/70 column from GE. But I can not find any technical information about this column, such as dead volumn, whole column volumn, etc, on the website of GE. Is there anyone have some information about the column, especially the dead volumn and whole column volumn? Thanks and best wishes. -- Jiamu Du, Ph.D. Postdoctoral Research Fellow Laboratory of Structural Biology Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center RRL 269, 430 E 67th Street New York, NY, 10021 E-mail: duj@mskcc.org Tel: (917) - 292 - 4616 CCP4bb navigationCCP4bb <-- 1999 <-- November 1999 <-- 30 November 1999 |
