We used to collect data at -15C from crystals grown in 2.4M Ammonium Sulphate ii) cool slowly and gently over a couple of hours iii) put the mother liquor at only the colder end of the capillary to prevent condensation iv) we found a transition at about -5 for above crystals, so be careful.
