Dear all

We are pleased to announce the first version of our web server. You
need to register to use it. That is our university's security policy
we have to be in line with.

Current version of the server has two runnable programs:

1) BALBES - completely automatic molecular replacement pipeline. You
need to provide experimental data (mtz or cif format) and sequence
file (fasta format).
If you have a complex of proteins consisting of several different
proteints then you need to provide sequence for all of them in one file.
Current version of the program can handle easy to medium cases.

2) ZANUDA - a program that validates crystal structures in the
presence of pseudo-translation and corrects space group if it is
necessary
