I think the number is less precise and accurate at lower resolution but is there an estimate of error? If we define packing density as the ratio of van der waals volume of a protein over real volume, does it depend on resolution. I do not think so but is there a reference either way? I would appreciate all replies. Thanks. Jackie Vitali jackie.vitali@gmail.com j.vitali@csuohio.edu CCP4bb navigationCCP4bb <-- 1999 <-- November 1999 <-- 30 November 1999 |
