For the record, The correct syntax to use the command is discussed here: http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=ind0708&L=COOT&P=R909&I=-3 You cannot as yet ncs-copy residues that don't yet exist in the target chain.
