Dear All,

I am trying to install CNS in ubuntu 10.04 LTS. Even after reading all the advice on CNS installation on CCP4bb, I have failed to get it working.
Both in bash and tcsh, cns_web works but cns_solve gives error "command not found".

yogesha@yogesha-laptop:~/work$ echo $CNS_SOLVE

/home/yogesha/sware/CNS/cns_solve_1.3

yogesha@yogesha-laptop:~/work$ cns_solve

cns_solve: command not found

I don't know how to trouble shoot.
Any help is appreciated.
