This shows you the font sets current defined in the interface, which is where you will see the strings like "-Adobe-Helvetica-Bold-O-Normal--*-120-*" You can edit these to reflect something that is available on the system - I suspect that replacing the word "Adobe" with an asterisk might work, however I haven't tried this myself (and I don't know how to easily query the fonts that are available on the system - perhaps some X11 guru could give some suggestions on this?).
