CCP4bb navigationCCP4bb <-- 1999 <-- November 1999 <-- 30 November 1999Subject: TLSANAL From: Jim Naismith naismith {- at -} ST-ANDREWS {- dot -} AC {- dot -} UK Date: 2007-11-15 I have a multidomain multimeric protein. I would be interested to see if the TLS parameters correlate with some functional data. TLSANAL tanks with overlap error (no overlap that I am aware of). I fed it tls file and final pdb. Does anyone know any other way to interpret TLS parameters? (preferably in a way that can be displayed in CCP4MG or pymol) (I know about pymmlib, at the moment I am strill struggling with a new Linux cluster and cant yet install it properly.) best Jim James H.
