You only have to feed it the final PDB to set up an automated TLS analysis. Im not sure if you can submit your own TLS file... I would be interested to see if the TLS parameters correlate with some functional data. TLSANAL tanks with overlap error (no overlap that I am aware of). I fed it tls file and final pdb. Does anyone know any other way to interpret TLS parameters? (preferably in a way that can be displayed in CCP4MG or pymol) (I know about pymmlib, at the moment I am strill struggling with a new Linux cluster and cant yet install it properly.) best Jim James H.
