Dear all,
With regards to my query about organic solvent resistant
crystallisation plates, the following summary. Thanks very much to
those who replied.
- microbridges only appear available in polystyrene (suppliers
Molecular Dimensions, UK; Diffractia, Spain; among others), although
Hampton Research sells glass sitting drop posts.
- polyporopylene Q-plates are available from Molecular Dimensions. We
found the Emerald Clover sitting drop-plates which we obtained from
Diffractia also to be resistant, but haven't figured out a way to
seal them yet. The supplied sealing tape is not resistant.
- no replies about solvent-resistant Terazaki plates, we are still
looking for suitable micro-batch plates.
Greetings,
Mark
