CCP4bb navigationCCP4bb <-- 2008 <-- January 2008 <-- 24 January 2008Subject: Summary solvent-resistant crystallisation plates From: "Mark J {- dot -} van Raaij" vanraaij {- at -} USC {- dot -} ES Date: 2008-01-24 With regards to my query about organic solvent resistant crystallisation plates, the following summary. Thanks very much to those who replied. - microbridges only appear available in polystyrene (suppliers Molecular Dimensions, UK; Diffractia, Spain; among others), although Hampton Research sells glass sitting drop posts. - polyporopylene Q-plates are available from Molecular Dimensions. We found the Emerald Clover sitting drop-plates which we obtained from Diffractia also to be resistant, but haven't figured out a way to seal them yet. The supplied sealing tape is not resistant. - no replies about solvent-resistant Terazaki plates, we are still looking for suitable micro-batch plates. Greetings, Mark Mark J. van Raaij Dpto de Bioquímica, Facultad de Farmacia Universidad de Santiago 15782 Santiago de Compostela Spain http://web.usc.es/~vanraaij/ CCP4bb navigationCCP4bb <-- 2008 <-- January 2008 <-- 24 January 2008 |
