If you're talking about a site where CCP4 personnel could remove attachments from incoming e-mail and post them on the site, I suspect that CCP4 personnel would prefer not to handle that extra work load. The same for a site where CCP4 personnel would administer private accounts for users to post. I think it's better if each person finds their own site where they can securely post.
