Increasing the testset size reduces frequency of the problem. Changing the refinement target from maximum likelihood to standard residual stops the CNS aborts. As Randy explains, too few reflections in testset may make most resolution bins empty and cause failure of cross-validated SigmaA estimation routine. Best wishes Swanand CCP4bb navigationCCP4bb <-- 1999 <-- November 1999 <-- 30 November 1999 |
