Hi,

I have been looking for examples in the literature for an article on
the use of bimolecular fluorescence complementation (BiFC), protein-
fragment complementation (PCA), split-GFP and variations (different
names for basically the same method) for validation of protein
assemblies or verification of structure-based hypotheses.

In case you have been using BIFC/PCA/split-GFP for validation of your
own structure(s) or verification of hypotheses using structural
models I am kindly asking to send me a brief email (wilmanns(ad)embl-
hamburg.de), quoting a reference where the work has been published.

Thank you,
Matthias Wilmanns, EMBL-Hamburg.
