CCP4bb navigationCCP4bb <-- 1999 <-- November 1999 <-- 30 November 1999Subject: small lysozyme crystals From: McEwan Paul Paul {- dot -} Mcewan {- at -} NOTTINGHAM {- dot -} AC {- dot -} UK Date: 2008-07-04 Use the 15 minute protocol from the Hampton Research catalogue/website. They're normally quite small and easy to cryoprtect with a little glycerol. Size can also be varied by playing with the salt concentration (slightly higher [NaCl] giving more but smaller xtals) Paul.. ################################### Dr. Paul A.
