Ideally I would like a complete dataset, preferably collected with a one degree oscillation angle, from a crystal that not only diffracts well (beyond 2.5A) but has a reasonably low mosaic spread (less than 0.4) so that there are a reasonable number of fully recorded reflections on each image. Please reply directly to me to avoid cluttering up the bulletin board. Thanks Andrew Leslie CCP4bb navigationCCP4bb <-- 1999 <-- November 1999 <-- 30 November 1999 |
