Research activities include the high-resolution crystallographic analysis of S100A4 bound to small molecule inhibitors, evaluation of lead compounds and biochemical evaluation of the mechanisms by which small molecule inhibitors interfere with S100A4-mediated regulation of myosin assembly. The successful applicant will have documented expertise in structural biology and biochemistry. Interested candidates should send a CV, including the names of three references, to Dr. Anne Bresnick, e-mail: bresnick@aecom.yu.edu.
