Its easy to determine the strands and sheets with DSSP, HERA ... but PDB's automatical tool makes numerous mistakes and it takes more time to correct the pre-deposition file than to sent the correct one. My question is: Is there a program available which can do the boring work of registration determination (columns 39-70 in the beta-sheet cards)? Thanks in advance, Jürgen CCP4bb navigationCCP4bb <-- 1999 <-- November 1999 <-- 30 November 1999 |
