Dear all,
some proteins have complicate beta-sheet structures
(closed sheet, bifurcated sheets ...). Its easy
to determine the strands and sheets with DSSP, HERA ...
but PDB's automatical tool makes numerous mistakes and it takes more time
to correct the pre-deposition file than to sent the correct one.
My question is: Is there a program available which can
do the boring work of registration determination (columns 39-70 in
the beta-sheet cards)?
Thanks in advance,
Jürgen
