Neither pdbset nor refmac did it for me. I am trying to run this file through ligplot, but the ligand is not being recognized. As compared to examples, a glaring difference is the lack of CONECT records in my file. This structure has been refined with phenix. Any help appreciated, Christina Bourne Oklahoma State University CCP4bb navigationCCP4bb <-- 1999 <-- November 1999 <-- 30 November 1999 |
