We are interested in understanding how scaffolding proteins and other protein-protein interactions organize MAP kinase signaling cascades. Our lab employs a multidisciplinary approach involving crystallography and other structural methods combined with enzyme kinetics, genetics and cell biology to understand fundamental mechanisms of signaling systems both in vitro and in vivo. Candidate should have experience in crystallography, molecular biology and protein biochemistry. Position is at the beautiful, state-of-the-art UCSF Mission Bay Campus, and includes access to the UCB/UCSF ALS beamline. Please send CV to Wendell Lim (lim@cmp.ucsf.edu) and arrange to have three letters of reference sent by email. Please write "Application for Structural Biology Postdoctoral Position" in your subject header.
