Indeed. Point 1. was the NCS averaging for the dimeric coiled coil.
Then I realized it might not be a great idea for the coiled coil,
deleted it, and did not renumber.

Oh well - its Monday morning. And I have still not recovered from my
enthusiasm on the latest
magic of autoSHARP ;-)
