Dear Choel:

This is probably my fault I think, not ccp4's. I'll look into it as
soon as I get a chance (which means after I teach this afternoon).
Sorry for this.

Briefly, check the ownership/permissions on ~/.CCP4 and if needed
change it so you have write permissions.
