Select substrate surface

Step 12: This picture illustrate how to select surface of the substrate through New Hierarchy Window if the direct clicks are not successful. To activate this window go to Window -> New Hierarchy Window, then click on the object for selection.

Surface properties Wire Mesh

Step 12a: Activate Display Style window for the selected surface by clicking View -> Display style. In this window it is necessary to select options as follow: Display Style -> VDW, Coloring -> Color By -> Atom Color and tick Display as Wire Mesh box. Then press Ok.
